Don Binney Prints

Update Jan '26. The wonderful series of large Don Binney prints published in conjunction with the Don Binney Estate - the first prints published for many years of this artist's work - are now coming to the end of the print runs. Where our stock is 10 prints to go before the title is sold out we will update the listing with the number of prints still on hand and pop the print into our Endangered Prints Collection. Don Binney (1940 - 2012 ) attended the Auckland University School of Fine Arts from 1958-1961, holding his first exhibition two years later. At first his paintings were dominated by his characteristic birds, outlined in black and flying over abstract landscapes; later in his career the landscapes became more important, but Binney's work is instantly recognisable by its clarity of line and light, and definition of colour.
