If within fourteen days of receiving your order you are not satisfied with a fine art print or poster purchased from us we will happily replace it or refund your money.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your
purchase please contact our customer service team before sending back
the items in question. We will tell you how to return items without cost to you using our
Freepost address and give you a returned item number so we can track
your exchange or credit.
Please note we will not issue a refund for any items returned to
us if they do not have a returned item number or if the items are
returned to us in an unsaleable condition.
