Xmas 2025 Delivery dates

Update 15/12/25 - all orders for prints, limited editions and canvas prints made now will still be delivered in time for Xmas anywhere in NZ. Our official deadline for getting framing added to your order and delivered by Xmas has passed but you can still select readymade frames on posters as we get posters into readymade frames in 24-48 hours after ordering (and we have some prints in stock framed and ready to ship same day). Cut-off dates for orders to be delivered by Xmas to destinations outside of New Zealand have now passed, no worries though - just send them an email gift voucher and we'll deliver the prints they choose anywhere in NZ or around the world.

What does shipping cost?

[Update 15/1/25 - Heads up that our shipping charges are increasing to $9.95 for unframed prints within NZ very soon, and delivery to destinations outside of NZ will also change from our flat rate anywhere in the world]. We deliver loose (unframed) prints, posters and canvas art prints anywhere in NZ for just $NZ 6 per order (for any number of items) and around the world by Airmail for just $NZ 20 (for any number of prints). These shipping amounts are added at the checkout after you tell us where you would like the prints delivered. Framed prints are delivered nationwide for $20 per order. Please note that due to post-Covid shipping disruption we have paused shipping framed prints (unframed prints are no problem) outside of NZ until freight rates get back to normal.

How long does delivery take?

After you place your order your prints will normally be hand delivered to your door in 3-5 working days within New Zealand. In pre-Covid times Airmail got your prints delivered in a couple of weeks anywhere in the world - but deliveries are taking longer than this to many destinations right now, prints are all getting there eventually though so please be prepared to be patient :) Don't forget to allow a few extra days before dispatch for framed prints or stretched canvases as we need time for our elves to complete the job. How will my order be packaged?

We guarantee your prints will arrive in perfect condition. All unframed prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue and encased in our specialty custom made coated cardboard mailing tubes manufactured by global protective packaging specialists Sonoco right here in Christchurch. The prints will slide easily out of the tube and the paper will not have a single crease, bend or dent. Framed prints and stretched canvases are bubble-wrapped and packed in super robust corrugated cardboard packaging that we know will last the journey. Next Day Delivery

Need urgent delivery? We can usually ship on CourierPost/NZ Post's overnight service (including Saturday) within New Zealand, this costs between $25-$40 depending on the destination - great if you have left buying that gift to the last minute! Custom duties & taxes

If you are importing goods such as art prints from New Zealand you may possibly attract taxes, duties etc at the border. It's annoying when this happens - but we are not responsible for taxes that you incur sorry!
