Pinstripe Tiki (Oversize) by Otis Frizzell
Print Code: 10130
Art PrintPrint size in millimetres: 705 x 700
The original meaning of pinstripe related to a narrow band of colour on cloth, as in the pinstripe suit. However custom car culture in the USA adopted the phrase to mean a very thin line of paint applied to a vehicle as decoration. In Otis’s painting “Hero Tiki” he created a symmetrical tiki motif with a technique borrowed from auto pinstriping. This print is a new extra large reproduction of Frizzell’s original painting.
