This print is a 2nd - some poor handling means that the white framing margin around the edge of the print is a little bit dented and marked.  However there is also a 2cm long abrasion in the surface of the print above the head of the man on the left hand side of the picture.  Not too easy to spot because of the textured wall behind the musicians, fine to pin on the wall but not in perfect condition etc.
