This series of prints is based on Novak’s interpretation of the ground breaking British pop artist Richard Hamilton description of pop art as being “‘transient, glamorous, expendable, sexy, and popular”. Society Girl depicts Audrey Hepburn, playing the lead character from the film adaption of Truman Capote’s “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”.
