Rosie Louise and Terry Moyle’s latest collaborative digital print brings the iconic Edmonds factory and gardens in Christchurch back to life. Well known for featuring on the cover of NZ’s top selling “Edmonds” cookbook the sign “Sure to Rise” is the slogan for Edmonds brand of baking powder. The building was demolished in 1990 and the Edmonds brand is now owned by Goodman Fielder, however the famous gardens were purchased by the Christchurch City Council and can be visited today off Ferry Road in the suburb of Woolston.
