This fine example of a vintage NZ tourism and travel poster showing a tree framed view of New Zealand's Marlborough Sounds which are found at the top of the South Island was created in the early 1930s by designer Leonard Mitchell for the NZ Government Tourist and Publicity Department and originally printed by the Government Printer in Wellington. The original vintage poster has recently been re-printed by NZ Fine Prints for the very first time on authentic vintage style etching paper using superb quality lightfast inks.
