Ukulele playing Mr Foursquare set amongst the icons of the kiwi summer. Mr Foursquare was one of the earliest examples of everyday NZ popular culture to be elevated to the status of kiwiana and contemporary artists have had lots of fun re-imagining and re-mixing this much loved character. Unlike earlier appropriations by artists like Dick Frizzell this print is published with the blessing of the copyright holder Foodstuffs NZ.
