This Dick Frizzell artwork was commissioned especially for the Great New Zealand Songbook. Virtually the entire edition of these very special Four Four Time prints were gifted to the musicians who participated in this project that brought together handwritten lyrics, photos and memorabilia from the songwriters behind New Zealand's favourite songs such as _Why Does Love Do This To Me_ and _Dominion Road_. Customers quick enough to purchase this print will be joining a select group of fellow owners of Four Four Time prints including famous New Zealand musicians like Dave Dobbyn, the Finn brothers and Bic Runga.
This print is particularly interesting because it pays direct homage to the classic Dick Frizzell painting of four Mr Four Square images in an identical composition and colourway.
