If within fourteen days of receiving your order you are not
satisfied with a fine art print or poster purchased from us we will
happily replace it or refund the purchase price.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your
prints please contact our customer service team before sending back
the items in question. We offer free returns from anywhere within New Zealand , you just need to contact us for a returned item number so we can track
your exchange or credit.
Please note we will not issue a refund for any items returned to
us if they do not have a returned item number or if the items are
returned to us in an unsaleable condition.
